Sushi The Championship Will Take Place In Japan

The world Cup of cooking traditional Japanese food sushi will be held in Chiba, from 6 to 8 March.
20 chefs from around the world will gather on the first day of the competition, March 6, at The Manhattan hotel, in order to demonstrate to the audience their skills.
7 and 8 March will be the match of the restaurants that were selected by the national Association of Japanese sushi (AJSA). The event will be held in the exhibition center Makuhari Messe. 8 institutions will claim the title of best - USA, Singapore, Romania, Moldova, Sweden, Ukraine and Belgium.
Guests of the Championship will be able to try masters prepared meals and choose the best, and to purchase goods for sushi and to become parties to the lectures on the history of this dish.
