Margarita Island, Venezuela

In mountainous Venezuelan island of Margarita, located 40 km from the mainland, there are beaches such as the Caribbean and the possibility of windsurfing, golf, horse riding and scuba diving in the tranquil South American atmosphere. The island is reached by ferry or by air. In fact, Margarita is two islands connected in the middle of the lagoon with mangroves, which belongs to the park of La Restinga.
